Our boss sends multiple messages a day via group text. Is there a work law that prohibits this for hourly employees?

Like bruh, if I was making salary, abso-fuckin-lutely but I'm working on the clock. I don't need text messages about the store not hitting metrics, or giving it 100%, etc. Anyway, I'd like to show it to him and just be like dude this gotta stop.
