Back in April our director told us they were working on getting us all raises. This last weekend, we had a city wide meeting to talk about seasonal stuff and nothing was mentioned at all about it. In fact, most of the time we were getting screamed at.
This weekend has been super busy and everyone is scrambling for coverage because no one can work their scheduled shifts. Vacation, camps, other locations, they forgot to factor in so many things. It’s entertaining as hell to see it all falling apart.
Fuck em. I’m looking for jobs and will happily say goodbye when I can.
