Our CEO or whatever the nonprofit equivalent of that term is, makes six figures a year meanwhile I'm making ten dollars an hour and some change. I barely bring home $500 every two weeks and I get treated like im an idiot.
I've been looking for another job for so long and nothing. I can't quit unless I have a backup and I'm just so fucking frustrated with everything. Pretty much everyone at the company is leaving that have been there for years.
I haven't even hit my year with this place and close to 15 people left or got laid off.
