I received 2 “non-monetary” rewards worth 5% of nothing. Unredeemable reward points are a joke. Luckily, I am putting in my 2 weeks on Monday and multiplying my salary by 150%

Depressing pension overview
I just received an overview of the pension I collected so far. I am still young so the numbers are understandably low so far. However, I feel like the overview really shows what they have in stock for the younger generations when we will let them. They showed a “current” situation, a “beneficial stock market” scenario and a “bad stock market” scenario and surprise, surprise: in a bad stock market the value of the pension plummets. In a beneficial stock market the value is not even a cent higher than in the current situation. Long story short: “we gamble with your money at your risk but we keep the profits to ourselves”.
Is it harassment?
I’m in accounting, our team doubles as admin for a hazardous material research facility. I was made aware one of the deliveries I was making was biohazards and requires further training to handle and deliver. I’d been doing this task for months. I told mgmt the task felt unsafe now with the knowledge I don’t know what I’m doing with hazardous material, my training is accounting. I refused to handle the material until further training is provided. Someone has questioned why the process has changed now, since it’s been going on for months. Am I being sensitive, because once I say I feel unsafe and ask for more training, anything else feels like harassment. Thoughts? TIA
Unusual Email request by Colleague
Weird situation at work where a ex-team member left/transferred the department due to a conflict with the line manager; According to her the line manager has been disrespectful and raised his voice in many occasions. However, the line manager’s version of the story claims that he moved her to another department due to her not working for a period exceeding a month. Due to the ex-team member’s transfer, she sent an email stating she has moved to another team copying our line manager. As a response to her email, I privately emailed her back without copying anyone where I expressed my gratitude to how she has been very supportive, talented, and has leadership skills to take on her own team with her vision in the future. However, today she approached me and asked me to send the same email to her, but this time, she wants me to copy three…
Shift Coverage Responsibility
I’d like to settle this once and for all. Who’s responsibility is it to find people to cover your shift if you have to call out? Managers often told me that it’s my job and that I need to message my coworkers to find someone to cover, and that always confused me. That sounds like the manager’s job to me.
