This happened a few years ago. I worked for a comapny that had 2 sides that do basically the same scope of work yearly, well call them side A and side B. Side B had roughly 20 guys where side A had 8 guys. I was brought in for a yearly and knew walking in it was going to be a little rough because the last few years moral has been quite low. The first thing that was brought up was that side A (my side) was averaging 32 hours a week and this was unexceptable. We should be ashamed because side B was averaging 43 hours a week for the whole year.
