I'm 22 years old and have been unemployed for over a month and have no plan. I'm still living with my parents because I just can't find roommates or housing. Seeing posts everyday with all the negative stuff about jobs, with no foreseeable change is just erasing my motivation with doing something feasible for income. I would love to get an education and follow my dreams to work in the filming industry. The world seems too intense for me to actually do any of those. Hopefully moving away from this will help me move on a path of coming to terms with taking control of my life and making a move. Thanks for reading my rant Tldr: I feel like I can't follow my dreams and I'm leaving the sub to get rid of the negativity about reality

Ok so I work online pick up at a big grocery store (Idk if I can name it or not). In it we usually have a few people shopping for the on line orders and one person making sure to take the orders out. Our system prints out orders 2 hours before the customers. Our last orders are always at 7 pm so they print at 5. We can't print them earlier. This has happened for the last week or so but, they scheduled everyone really weirdly so that there would only be one person after 5:30 because ig they think we don't need any more people. Turns out we really do because the person who's supposed to leave at 5:30 never goes home on time unless we're lucky and don't have 7 pm orders. The solution would be to have someone stay later right? Turns out they won't do…

Well it seems I’m about to get fired. This company has fucked me from day one and proven time and time again they do not care about employees. In fact they’ve even taken away a dollar from my hourly wage for their own bullshit reasons. Today I gave some pushback to some of their bullshit and not even 15 minutes later, I hear they’re considering letting me go. I don’t know why Im so upset, I hate this job even though I’m good at it. Idk why I’m posting this but if you are on WA state, FUCK AERO PRECISION!!!!!
