All it takes to make changes in the US….
Is to stop showing up at work for a few days. Can you imagine if literally every single person in the US didn’t go to work for a couple days, how fucked our economy would become? I know that this is completely unrealistic for most households but I’m SO SICK OF EVEN READING ABOUT CAPITALISM CONTROLLING EVERY FUCKING THING!!!!! Yes I’m a disgruntled worker but you all know that we all should be.
title pretty much says it. i was in shock. i asked multiple times if it was performance, attitude, numbers and he kept insisting “exit interviews are done over the phone. we can speak in a few days, sorry.” i pointed out that the exit interview is as much for the company as for me and that he was asking more of me as i would no longer work for him. should i take the call? i'm really curious but i also dont want to take time out of my day to get told something bad about myself or some made up excuse. any advice? on the other hand i feel relieved to not work there which tells me i shouldnt have been there. thanks in advance
A pregnant cashier wet herself (it was a puddle) while stationed at a checkout stand. She was apologetic to us customers while crying and explaining that she wasn't allowed to use the ladies' room until her scheduled break. One lady asked why she didn't just go to relieve herself. She said she's been reprimanded several times before for “abandoning” her post. Ugh, I nearly blew a gasket! F these retail slave-drivers!
