I wish I could name shame the shit out of them, I really do. However, my employment arbitration agreement would lead to them bending me over for it. Even so, I still wanted to rant about how fucking stupid this company is. Without naming names, I will say it's a very larger insurer in the U.S. and it's a claims job. Our turnover rate in the last year has been atrocious. In a dept of roughly 100-150 people, we lose 1 to 2 employees per week because they're just fed up with the amount of work slammed on to us. A lot of us have been barking up the chain lately that they need to pay us overtime (we're all salaried) as we're having to work 10-20 hours extra every week to stay on top of the workload. Bringing in my personal laptop to work and putting on airplane mode to play offline games passing time. (Not picking up any wifi from company) Then proceeding to plug into HDMI for a work monitor. (Company provided) In an office so no one could see what is on my monitor, but could the company somehow tell what was being displayed on the monitor?

I’ve quit my regular morning cleaning job to work for an agency in a factory as I got 38 hours in my for my first week. But the second week I’m not getting hours. If I get another job now I’ll get taxed as if I have two jobs. I’m basically jobless now? I live in my own flat so running out of money means no electric or food wtf have I done ?!
