Opinions on looking for different employment because of management?

This weekend my family spent time together for mother's day. When the item of work was brought up I told them I have an interview in the near future. I took a sick day to do chores and I couldn’t be happier

So I work at an office and things have been a little slow these last weeks. I decided to take a sick day today to catch up on some house work, and I can honestly say that it's been a while since I've felt this happy. We've had great weather these last few weeks, but I haven't really had the chance to enjoy it that much. Today I spent my sick day building some stuff for the kids in the yard, doing some much needed gardening, having a beer with my lunch, enjoying the weather. Walking to the post office to pick up a package. Just vibing and actually enjoying life for once. If I could afford it I would definitely be working 30 hours instead of 40.

You saw the Vietnamese photo. Here’s one from Korea from a 2012 news article where Emart (one of the biggest supermarket chains in Korea) announces they’ll hire 300 disabled people as cashiers that year because cashiers can sit on a chair and work so even disabled people can easily do it.
