offered more hours less pay lol
So when I interviewed for the job I'm at, I started at a fair hourly rate. Was given the impression it would be around 40 hours. I have been here for about a month and haven't had over 20 hours. No big deal. I cut out anything I didn't need like eating out, I even quit smoking. So they have been saying how they were going to up my hours the whole time and I didn't even ask them or bug them about it. Just showed up and did my thing and applied for other jobs in off time. So my manager finally offers me 40+ hours but the extra hours are a different position than mine and they want to pay me $2 less for the hours I do during the new position. I said I'd think about it but I'm not taking that shitty deal. They told me…

So I reached renting out apartments as a possible way. The basic concept is, you build a credit score and buy a house with as few as 3.5% of your own money, with the rest being bank money. You then put some work into the property. The bank sends someone to reevaluate the house because you put work in and now it's worth more. Based on that higher price of the house, you can calculate a higher rent. You then find someone to rent your place. Every month they send you x amount of money and…
