I really want to post the email receipts between me and a representative at a staffing company in which I tried to talk about amending the contract they wanted me to sign, eventually ending in me not getting placed at the job assignment. I’ve cropped and edited them to not reveal any personal information, and I really want to post them to get feedback on just what I should make of the whole situation, and how to deal with similar circumstances in the future, but I don’t want them to retaliate further if I do. I have a finance degree with a decent resume with internships and previous jobs (some not related to my field). I can’t get any quality offers, some jobs mention my experience in the business world as lacking. Can anyone help me with a reference or job position that I can say I work at your company to help boost up my resume. Anyone have any ideas on how to juice up my resume? If someone has there own business and let’s me say I’m an employee I will even pay you. Thanks!
I feel more empathy towards my daycare company since working through tough days with them. There’s been many hands on deck days and I see now the struggle from my workplace. All our frustrations for the situation are valid and I’m sure there was many stressful situations for staff there even before Covid when I wasn’t an employee there. I still can’t bring myself to want to stay here forever, but at the same time it’s hard to leave because there are good things about it and finding another job that works for you isn’t always easy. I just know that when I have bad days and I feel the weight on me breaking me down when at the center, it’s enough of a sign to make we want to leave after a bit even if it’s also become a good learning experience to deal with stress because there’s times…
