Settlement towards my previous employer

I'm not sure what to do here. There's a settlement towards my previous employer that I got a notice of today. It's for anyone that worked between a time of a few years. I looked over the documents that I received and it seems like no matter what I get a pay out if I opt in or not. If not it's only $25. I don't have money for a lawyer to look over it or ask the specific details of the case. Not really sure what to do.

First post here and definitely need some advice

The issue is, I did neither of those things, but this may be looked at harshly enough where I may not be given a chance to defend myself. I honestly don't know what to do

The managers hired a new PA, I noticed that she has more responsibilities and is starting with her own company account, her own laptop, and already is learning/getting access to things that took them months to give me. Today I asked what she makes hourly and it's $25. Literally every other PA there makes $22.50. So in this situation most people would assume the new person must have a lot more experience than me. Actually I'm the one who has a degree relevant to the industry, has worked on set for years, was a PA before this, a whole resume and website dedicated to my work history, while the new…
