I’ve recently started a new job that I absolutely hate! It’s nothing but a bunch of incompetent kids I’ve been nice and usually get along with everyone but today I just really blew up at this one condescending employee that kept micromanaging and belittling me and I’ve likely now ruined my reputation I was so fed up that I contacted my old boss at a job I really enjoyed and he said I can return if I wish my question is what would you do in my situation try to stick it out or return to the company you enjoyed working at? Forgot to mention that the new job is a start up with slightly better pay
Not disciplined for the quality of my work. Just for expressing that my work quality may suffer due to my workload and suggesting shifting assignments among coworkers (who I first asked if they were willing and able to take some minor assignments).
Roads will always have to be paved, power plants will need to be generating, homes will need to be built, food will always have to be grown. These jobs are exhausting, back breaking, hard intensive labor, and the amount of work that needs to be done far outweighs the amount of people willing to do them. If you were in charge, how would you solve the problem?

Y'all amazing, i daily here and learn new shit everyday and that stuff amazing. You all the real heroes. Now my question is. I know most rather be anonymous and lurk. But why not do job place suggestion or help a redditor out? Example: I recently been trying to hit a better job as IT. Salary where i live isnt . . . Bad but its terrible if you from mainland (13.50 per hour USD) and I am planing to jump the boat to US but i feel insulted when i see wage below…. heck 20$. Im IT soon to hit 2 year experience and degree.
It seems like everyone is getting into real estate. It also looks like there is a problem everywhere in the West where housing is not affordable (US, Canada, NZ, Australia, UK, etc.) Can anyone explain what is going on and predict what the future looks like?

I was unsure of my role and expectations on me for a project so I asked for clarification. My boss misinterpreted my intentions, called me and proceeded to criticize me under the guise of providing feedback for a series of unrelated matters. I previously liked my job, had good working relationships, and it was all very unexpected – I'm at a loss with how to proceed. Lots of context: I was away from the office for work for a…
