Y'all amazing, i daily here and learn new shit everyday and that stuff amazing. You all the real heroes. Now my question is. I know most rather be anonymous and lurk. But why not do job place suggestion or help a redditor out? Example: I recently been trying to hit a better job as IT. Salary where i live isnt . . . Bad but its terrible if you from mainland (13.50 per hour USD) and I am planing to jump the boat to US but i feel insulted when i see wage below…. heck 20$. Im IT soon to hit 2 year experience and degree.
It seems like everyone is getting into real estate. It also looks like there is a problem everywhere in the West where housing is not affordable (US, Canada, NZ, Australia, UK, etc.) Can anyone explain what is going on and predict what the future looks like?

As the title suggests, I don't know how to approach work and deal with my boss after what transpired. I provide quite a bit of context below (paraphrased and direct quoted, although I am hazy on certain parts due to being overwhelmed at the time). Went for the job interview yesterday and I thought it went really well, thought I vibed well with the interviewer. We had a good long chat and he asked me what my preferences were about wfh so I said preferably two days but I’ll do whatever is asked of me. I just felt generally positive afterwards. Like haven’t felt that good coming out of an interview ever and he gave me really lovely feedback. Unfortunately got my hopes up because they called me today and told me that even though I would be really good at the role they can’t give it to me bc I said I’d prefer working from home more often, Their words…

my boss keeps hitting me
I didn't even do anything to him. Whenever he gets mad at customers, he takes it out on me. The other day he literally pushed me and said “get the fuck out of the way”. Is this normal?
