anyone from the tech industry here?
I feel like tech is seen as this 'low effort, high reward' industry. For people like me who have only known corporate, it has fucked my mental health, my self esteem, my skillset and my ability to think outside the box. I want to see how others feel about being antiwork and are from this industry?

Every job I’ve worked so far I’m shocked at how incompetent management ends up being. I’m tired of being ignored, lied to and treated like garbage when I work my ass off. It’s the simplest most basic things you’d expect.

OK, quite an exaggeration, but I thought this was funny. Not exactly antiwork, but anti-landlord. We've lived in this neighborhood for a very long time. Longer than our next door neighbors who retired & moved to warmer climes. They now rent their house which kinda sucks because we live in an area that's ridiculously short on housing, but it's really none of my business. We rarely talk to the homeowners/landlords anymore. Just every now & then when we need to do something that impacts them (trimming a dead tree limb that's hanging over the fence). Today we got this: Did you guys sell your house? I was over at the house yesterday & saw two different cars in the garage. Knowing you were there gave us a little security in the maintenance area as we believed you would let us know of any problems. Had no idea we were supposed…
