The job title was reach truck operator, they had 10 people in my orientation that were hired for the same thing, and I literally have seen 3 reach trucks, 3 forklifts, and 2 center riders in the entire building. And numerous people who have been there for half a year have been on the reach once the entire time. It’s always the same damned group of people driving them. After 3 days, we’ve only gotten to do the written test and not had any actual reach training. Half of us have been doing receiving and the other half doing putaways with pallet jacks instead of equipment, I shit you not. It’s no wonder 5 of the 10 people in our orientation have quit already. I’m kinda stuck though, because I went a little while without work and need to get my funds back in order. Here’s hoping I can find…

How is working at PinkBerry?
I got a job at Pinkberry. It pays $15/hour which is way better than $14/hour when I was recently an assistant manager for Massage Envy. Has anyone worked at pinkberry before? I honestly just want an easy and relatively stress free job while I'm going back to college to pursue a biochem degree.
AIWF Ringside Wrestling 3 17 2022 video
Ok so this started 3 days ago. I was working only about 4 hour days so far. But today i heard he plans to sell. Which wouldn't topically be bad but idk if I'm going to get paid. His brother owns another location an sometimes he sends people to be tested there. So idk hes sending me there or if I'm sol. Every time pay comes up(so far ive only asked 2x) its always well see. Anyone else have this happen.
TLDR: Picked up a job as an outbound cold calling agents, selling to new customers buying new houses. It was fairly straight forward and easy. Fast forward to February, I'm now forced into doing the role of a retentions agents who has to deal with disgruntled existing customers who have been problems with their services and want to disconnect and I was to kiss up to them and prevent that from happening otherwise I get it trouble for it. Oh and I still get measured and compensated based on my old role which makes no sense because I'm barely doing that now . I picked up a job last year at a fairly large telecom company as an outbound sales rep. The job's role seemed interesting as essentially we would be working with homebuilders and apartment buildings to reach out to residents who would be moving into their new homes…
Employee Rights? What are they?
To begin I just wanna say sorry if this has already been posted, violates any sort of rules, if i’m in the wrong sub, or whatever. Please enlighten me if i had done f’d up. Asking from a US standpoint (but not limited to) and I know some of this stuff varies because the states have different labor laws than others (i think?) but i guess if there’s some general labor laws out there along with some niche ones maybe we can help inform more people. I know i, a young adult, know very little on our labor laws and our rights. Seeing the last few posts lately talking about these guys standing up for themselves because they know their rights (one was about discussing wages which i learned all about how legal it totally is and how totally illegal it is to claim its illegal to discuss wages) and…
