If this sub is to ever gain traction and fully enact a change, you need to remove the far left “no working utopia” ideals, as funny as it may be, this sub is and always has been about enacting changes to move towards more positive work life balances and better working enviroments, with more rights to the employee/ higher wages to support the cost of living better. Those of you who think this is all about a “no work utopia” are literally living in another world, it isnt practical or possible, and will never happen, aim for the practical goals. Edit 1) Typo
I deserve a medal for going through the continuos torture of cashless training program and then the continuous dictation to work after that….I know I am hurting myself by going ther and sitting there and doing work because the pay is low..and no job satisfaction ..and even started to experiance health issues like throat problem and headache from heavy targets..I also had mental breakdowns in between this period about two time at workplace but I was able to go through it..I am not planning to continue working there but looking at ways to get out with a proper justification and by not getting emotionally abused by hr and supervisors.. I tried to contact hr for demanding unrealistic productivity but they invited me to their club for further dictation..I politely refused it and planning to resignate in a calm peacefull manner. Maybe I should try bring a med certificate or should…

…Their response was “I think you need to see your psychologist more often.” Because yeah, my mental health is the problem. Don’t actually change the toxic workplace that’s the root cause of the issue! This happened a couple of years ago. I no longer work for that company. I am speaking with lawyers about filing a suit for this and many other issues that I had while working there.

Good reason for calling out
To start off I’ve been a long time lurker and usually don’t post. Yesterday I had a long and exhausting night as a server and want to call out tomorrow to recuperate myself mentally. I have what seems like good managers but they can always turn out to be two faced so I never take how nice they are too serious. I just wanted some suggestions on what good call out reasons there are that won’t lead to them asking questions after I give them the reason. Thanks for any suggestions! Will take me a while to answer to replies since I’m on my shift while posting this.
