Title says it all. If these companies aren’t willing to give people decent healthcare, they aren’t worth working for. Edit: I looked into the company more and got more information. Turns out during the busy seasons I would be required to work upwards of 90 hour weeks. This would be operating a spraying rig spraying dangerous chemicals onto crops. For some reason I don’t think that this would be worth it…..

Can't give out too many details, but for the last 5.5 years I've worked as an independent contractor as a Realtor working for a team of real estate agents to help them with their paperwork, legalities, and timeliness. I have at times felt overworked and underpayed. The job has be come beyond stressful and anxiety, depression, and a feeling of worthlessness has followed me every morning for the 2 years of it. I know over the years the people I work for whom benefit from me have talked shit behind my back, gossiped about private emails that were never sent to them (my employer, my “boss” shared the contents of these emails), and have treated me that I will owe 9k – 27k on a mistake that I never made (once I proved I was not at fault and not liable for that amount of money that email chain ceased,…
