Seriously. I don't think it's farfetched for people to prioritize their health and well being over work. Hell I would go further and push for a larger raise for 20 hours. What do you think?
I have found success in asking during in the initial call: “let’s say I’m right in the middle of being qualified, where would that salary likely land?” Turns out I’m about $25,000 underpaid – can’t wait to write this 2 week notice.

Been working there for 4 months. I was never late and always ready like 15 min before my shift starts. Today I had a tough morning, in a bad mood and I was 6 minutes late for work. My manager called me to his office, complaining about why I didn't call him to say I'm going to be late. I told him that I didn't think about calling him as I knew that I'll only be late for a bit. What are some good (cheap-to-free) websites I can advertise on or sign up with? How necessary is having my own website, or should I focus more on social media presence? What might help me stay organized and determine realistic deadlines for myself? (I have the ADHD) How much of your income do you re-invest in advertising, etc.? What social media are essential to have a presence on, and which ones are a waste of time? If…
