With the help of this subreddit I found the confidence to quit my abusive job after working for them for 7 years. I have been tied to this job thinking there was no end in sight for me. Facing constant micromanagement and berating from my boss. Great was too good, and good enough was never actually good enough for them. There was always a problem made out of nothing.
