Disclaimer, Im not a doctor nor do I have a degree for this shit, just speculation I firmly believe the new CDC guidelines that lower the amount of time you have to be quarantined from 14 to 10 to now 5 days are absolute bullshit and are just designed to put bodies in workspaces. I got covid last week from my job (I work at a nursing home) and my boss told me that since I'm just coughing and don't have a temperature anymore that now I have to come into work today at 7am. My company's protocol is to covid test twice a week, and I asked her if I should bother testing, and she said no bc it would most likely come back positive. (She hasnt been looking) So the past couple days my boss has been all huffy with me because I took last weekend off because my fiancee won tickets to see my fave band live and the store was busy. Spoiler alert: They were fine, nobody died. Two days ago we sat down for a meeting and she gives us the same ol blahblahblah…
