Always lie in an interview.
Does it seem suspiciously odd…
Does it seem suspiciously odd that when the working class (i.e. all of us) show our dissatisfaction with pay, healthcare, time off, and quality of life, and actually have the beginnings of a movement for change, a war suddenly appears to take the focus away? Seems like a perfect smokescreen to raise prices, claim stagflation, and do nothing to better the lives of all of us. Am I wrong?
Absolutely insane
Online answers to indeed assessments
Has no one done this? I’m about to quit my job and the only thing I dread more than not having my paycheck is the goddamn indeed assessments. Anyway I can be a star applicant with some help from Reddit?
under the table jobs
Recently I accepted a job, but after the fact, they mentioned to me that management takes all online credit card tips and that it’s entirely under the table. I have worked jobs where management takes tips, and I left those jobs because I never felt it was right. After all, the tips were and are intended for the people serving. I also don’t like the idea of having no record of this job or the money I’m making through it. Should i quit? i’m considering staying a while just because i really need the money and would leave during the summer.
People accept unacceptable commutes
So, I was just downvoted and got an eye roll on another sub for saying that a 6-hour round-trip daily commute is not OK. Speechless.
