I have been being yelled at and abused by my supervisor at work. He has called me a rtar* and fa*t multiple times in the last 2 weeks. For context I am lgbt and autistic. This was witnessed by his boss who refused to correct the behavior and then encouraged him to keep doing it. The supervisor then threatened violence on people who confronted him. This is an ongoing problem and I am not sure what to do. I love my job oddly enough but I can’t keep working in this environment. Any advice?

Pitching the perfect workweek
If the company you work for came to you and asked what is a balance of time and money that would be feasible for both of us? Here are a few basic assumptions to start with… You currently work 40 hrs / week for $15/ hr.
Question about next election candidate
Hello, I'm not sure if this is the platform to use to do this. But in the next election would it be possible for us to decide on an independent candidate to vote on? Can we just be done with the damn team “red” and team “blue”. I would love to be team “for the people”. It's clear that either popular party doesn't have an interest in helping the working class, children, people who are homeless, students in debt, people with disabilities, or the LGBTQ+ community. Let's vote these tyrannical sociopaths out of office and make corporations pay their fair share. We are all humans and we all have the right to a fair and happy life. If this isn't the place to ask for help or to try to get something set up then please help direct me to the subreddit that can. Thank you.
Pandemic grinder
The great resignation gives me hope things will improve and people will be treated fairly. My story is one of the unfortunate ones. Like some of the other reported layoffs (firings), former employer (IT) got us all in a video meeting and let it rip claiming the pandemic forced the change. My access to the network was immediately cutoff. So, no good-byes or anything to the people I worked with for years. They gave severance (if you signed papers) and claimed we could come back. Not too long after, news pieces (Internet) and posts (LinkedIn) announcing various mergers (at least 4), transforming the company into an international one. Another interesting twist, this company started posting a lot of vacancies for positions they just eliminated. Of course, they never contacted me (doubt anyone else they canned too). Probably the best outcome though, because they totally f**ked it up and who would…
Question on my Rights
Am I within my rights to record my boss at work? I'm trying to put a bunch of incidents together and get as much evidence as possible, but I don't want to break any laws. I would like to know how much I can record and whether video/audio is a factor?
How do/should I quit my job?
I have never quit or even wanted to quit a job before but my current job is not making me happy and this is the first time I have ever wanted to quit a job. How should I go about doing it, I would like to give some notice but how much do i give? I know if I leave they will probably want me to train somebody else to do the jobs I'm leaving behind which doesn't really fill me with joy. I'm right in saying that I only have to give two weeks notice and they can't make me stay anymore than that? Leaving on good or bad terms doesn't really bother me I just don't want to leave my work mates on bad terms but my manager can have any feelings he wants.
