I am still underpaid so I don't consider this a solid win. A soft win? My salary was previously 41.2k for a fast paced environment designer at a promotions agency. My job is a mid-level job. Realistically, I should be compensated at least 60k from the workload & technical skills required for my position. As if simply applying for jobs all day long while battling debilitating depression and poverty isn't hard enough. Down with LinkedIn! Screw Indeed and ZipRecruiter. They're making the wealth gap wider and hurting millions of poor people, just to benefit their shareholders!

Shit I wasn’t enthusiastic- why would I be enthusiastic about some recruitment office job when she even said I had a great…
