Lets's start with this: Been a 1099 worker for this company for 2.5 weeks. 2 1/2 WEEKS!!! And these are the issues I had in this short time! Lol The “training” was not training at all, they gave me a sheet of paper with loose explanations on it and sent me on my way. I have been following the shitty explanations to the “T.” On multiple occasions in this two week time frame, I have been called multiple times off of work hours until I answered to discuss a non-emergency situation, usually in regards to reasons why the shitty explanation on the piece of paper is incorrect and how I “REALLY” have to do something.
