I get a lot of the recruiter emails and messages. I'm not really looking for another job now, but I'm in a niche/specialized role. Whenever I get approached I make sure to tell them that the top end of their salary is too low for me to consider. I'm not taking the job anyway, but if someone does then they should get paid more than me.

How sad is that? That I have to be out of an office environment to not deal with nasty comments or innuendo.

I keep seeing work reform type posts here. Anyone still holding out hope for work to be abolished? With the rise of AI I've never been more hopeful. Imagine a world where working is optional because we have automation to do 90% of jobs and we all get a nice fat UBI check every month. I dont want a union, better working conditions or better pay! I want NO WORK. How can we get here faster?

Hello everyone , i just want to tell you that i've just started working for a company that provides customer service for partners (hotels) and i've been searching for answers on the internet to understand bookingcom and how they work with their empolyees and i want tohave an idea from someoone who had this position and worked for booking , and im begging you guys to advise me on how to deal with this business i've just finished my training and i need to know what would happen with me if i did something wrong or if i did my job correctly please help!

I am 24f and after finishing my degree I got a sales job. My boss is pretty nice but sometimes gets in moods or will say outlandish things. Such as he loves us (my co worker,male, and I) and he really appreciates us. It seemed like a joke but then he will be like seriously love you guys you're the best. But other times he will get snappy. It's a small office and our main big office is in a different country. He's never been creepy but sometimes I feel like this is a bit weird. What would you guys do?
