This is my career! You would think she would tell me she wouldn’t do it. I mean, once it expires I can’t work. I know I have plenty of time to get someone else to do it but I’m honestly so shocked how someone could be so stupid.

Last three days I have managed to come in late due to the hour change. My direct supervisor is adamant that my coworkers can make it to work I should be able as well. I went over his head and explained that melatonin puts me out for six hours no matter what time the alarm goes off so I'm slowly tuning my body back to normal working hour. She was fine with it. I think showing up with Coffee and a breakfast burrito is what set him off. I am feeling better knowing I don't have to start the grind an hour early and I get more done though as a result

Hi all, I want to leave my job I work in the UK as an accountant associate I have a 1 month notice period but I want to leave tomorrow what could be the consequences or what reason can I give to not serve the notice period, I’ve had enough fake promises and a whole lot more. Get me out! Help!

The company in question is Ecolab. He had a personal phone number and a work phone number. Guess what happened when he put his work phone off on his days off. Yep, they called his personal number. There was ONE manager that he was actually fond of, and I was too because he treated his employees well. Then I remembered why he doesn't work there anymore. He was fired after nearly 10 years working there. Why? Because he had a stroke and was in hospital for quite a while. I nearly lost my dad and we were struggling for months financially because of it. And when he did work there we couldn't even afford food for an entire month at a time.
