I live in Florida and like the title says, Boss man decided to make everyone go to his house when the internet stopped working at the office. Is this legal? Feels very weird. What should I do?

Just like the title says, I've spent the last several months applying to many jobs online and them turning out to not be worth my time, a scam, or I am rejected. It really sucks because being a millennial, I was sold the big lie that getting a college degree would solve all of my problems and I'd always be able to find work (yeah right). I don't even need a full-time job, my partner is currently working full-time, I just need to be able to supplement his income. Anybody else feeling the struggles of job searching?

Exactly what the title says, I got a sus af write up for taking sick time last month, and they were days that I covered with PTO. Boss didn’t let me take a copy of the write up out of the office, and didn’t let me use my phone to check the dates on the write up. I didn’t sign it, and called my union rep immediately after leaving his office. I’m so done with this company and it’s nonsense. They just denied my coworkers paternity leave yesterday, he submitted his paperwork months ago, and his wife’s labor started last night, and now they’re saying they lost it so they’re denying it. I’m sick of companies just doing whatever to us like we’re disposable.
