I wrote a resume for them during work hours at work. And I literally wrote it so that it's a comprehensive resume. And now they're saying to write them a cover letter. They literally said “you still need to write me a cover letter”. Writing cover letters isn't easy. How do I tell them I don't want to write one. They'll hate me for it.

Harassing a Deaf Girl
My sister is being harassed at work and tried going to HR but they said unless it was physical they can’t do anything… any tips?
Whenever a boss tells you “you're replaceable” they forget the fact that they're just as easily replaceable too. There is no shortage of minimum wage jobs, you're not special and your threat might as well be empty. Sure, I could be fired on the spot but I could just as easily quit on the spot and find another place to work with no loss or difference. Especially in the current “labor shortage.” Start paying your employees and treating them better or you will become just as replaceable as you claim they are.
Just saw President Biden post on Twitter about all the new jobs he “created” BTW this isn't an anti Biden post. Every politician does this, Trump was a big one too. They all celebrate job creation. “New jobs are here!” …Ok..? But what does that mean though? Are we just not gunna act like the majority of Americans arent living paycheck to paycheck desperately trying to scrape by with rapidly increasing costs of living, education, healthcare, housing, and a national debt crisis. Like wtf does “new jobs” solve? “Hey Americans, with all the new jobs I created now you choose how you'll stay broke”
Is SoCal, my take home pay was less than $35k last year. So many deductions even with no kids, on top of obviously not a ton per hour My managers act as if nothing is wrong. The warehouse I work at makes millions annually
