I worked for him years ago at his sandwich shop. Racist. Misogynistic. Alcoholic. Cheap. What an asshole. Weirdly, I kinda feel bad for him. As unhappy as we all were when we worked there, everyone moved on to better things. Meanwhile, he was sort of trapped there in a little hell of his own design – yelling at everyone all day that they were making the sandwiches wrong and that’s why he could only ever break even. Never mind that the sandwiches, even when perfectly made, were mediocre. Poor bastard screamed and drank himself to a heart attack in his early fifties. I always thought I would dance on his grave, but it’s just sad in retrospect. RIP you miserable piece of shit.

still no Christmas bonus

Well, you do you, but if I were you I would invest that time and learn a new coding language. Just in case. If you're not moving forward, you're moving backward! And guess what, there's a surprise! Introducing: AI!!! Now your work can be automated, so we can lay off ¾ of the team you can be more productive. We'll pay you the…
Union vs Non Union
I wanted to ask if anyone has had an experience with going union at their dialysis center. I’m located in so cal and would like to get some perspective on some pros/cons on possibly going union. I’ve been doing some research myself and find myself in a loop of unanswered questions, as the representative of the union states “All your questions can be answered once you negotiate a contract”. I’m a patient care technician over 5+yrs if that matters any. I’m just a little lost lol. Thank you
