My job has asked us to answer “goal” questions for our performance reviews. Since I think they’d frown on the answer of my goal being “you giving me more money”, how would you answer this? I like my job and want a raise, but this is weird. The questions are: what goals do you have for your role, what goals do you have to help your team, and what goals do you have for yourself personally? Any advice would be helpful, thanks.
