Wage discrepancy

A month ago I learned my coworker with the same job title but less experience and less education is making $0.50 more / hr than I am. This isn’t legal in the state of Oregon. We legally should be making at least the same amount. I asked my bosses for a performance review almost 3 weeks ago and in that review I asked my bosses for a raise. They haven’t gotten back to me. We’re a small architecture firm, only 9 employees, and 2 of the 9 are the bosses who do hiring and decide raises. I don’t necessarily want to take legal action, but I know my bosses are treating me unfairly and they haven’t followed up about the discussion of a raise. What should I do moving forward?

Before accepting the position, “working whenever you want” was a perk that was really pushed about this job and something I was pretty excited about. Now a year in, I realized that you 100% cannot work whenever you want. You have to be “on” basically all day, everyday. They just tell you that, even though they don't mean it. 2️⃣ I get micromanaged like CRAZY. Everyday we need to submit a to-do list to the entire team. At the end of the day, we need to update it saying what…

Wondering whether or not to switch Jobs.

So, I've been working at a in-store Starbucks for about 6 months now, and before that I worked for 6 months up on the registers. But some recent drama and high school all week (I work weekends in the morning 6-12pm) has made me start to get super burnt out. I want to possibly quit and apply somewhere else as I feel like its started to no longer entertain me and thus I feel super drained afterwards. I get good pay and like all my coworkers but I worry the environment is going to get worse with the drama and I really can't keep waking up at 5:30 every single day of the week. I don't know what to do really…
