questions from an outsider
Hello users of antiwork. I'm as the title says not a part of the antiwork movement, but I have heard of it and know some basics. I have two main questions to everyone here about some how you would solve some issues. I won't be able to read or answer to everyones responses, as I won't be able to be respond for quite some time. If work isn't mandatory and everyone has the choice to work or not to work, how would products like clothing and food be made if no one just wanted to work? How would things like infrastructure be repaired and kept in working condition if no one is working meaning no one is paying taxes to the government which means that the government can't but fuel, resources or equipment from other nations? If the wording of these questions is confusing, it isn't intenional. I just don't…
The company owner is incompetent.
Burner account because of course. The company boss is the worst. He tries to play everything off with a nice smile and soft words but sometimes I feel like he's making me miserable on purpose. I work at a shitty tent on the side of the road. My tools barely qualify as functional. I was lied to in my contract. I have tried to give this man suggestions and ideas on how to make things nicer but no. We're doing 90s tech where it's pens, papers, and phone calls. Just this morning before writing this I had to try and call nearly 30 times to clock in. I had to explain why I was “Late to clock in” for this shit.
