Yep, a whopping 2 percent. I worked non stop through the pandemic while most of their employees stayed home, worked 80+ hour weeks for 6 months straight. During the whole performance review I got nothing but positive feedback. Telling me how great of a job I do, whatever. I save this company literally hundreds of thousands of dollars yearly, I've been here for 5 years and they're just going to slap me in the face like that. I could honestly go in and drop a poop on my bosses desk right now. I'm fucking fuming. But hey, nobody wants to work right? Or is it the fact we are all just tired of being bent over and ripped a new one. 30 years ago, two people had sex and now I work 60 hour weeks just to “get by”. Good old American dream.

Why is someone who struggles with that lifestyle; a low performer, a distraction, antsy, annoying, inattentive? Corporations and the healthcare industrial complex, would rather give people literal amphetamines and ruin their long term brain function than adjust the working conditions so it’s more…
oh, f*&k you

Just a suggestion!

While other coworkers and I were negotiating wages with company y company y wanted to pay us less but by fighting tooth and nail we were able to get a small pay increase out of it. But everyone new world be getting less. Now Ω was forced out of company x by way of being told to quit or be fired. Turns out Ω is being paid a full $1 more than me. When I brought this up to my manager and requested a pay raise I was basically told ” We are looking at everyone's wages. Thank-you for bringing this…
