I posted the other day about quitting without notice, and I did, I guess my boss told everyone in our tiny “company” of 5 immediately immediately because today I got texts from 2 of my other coworkers along the lines of “yeah I'm leaving too I don't blame you but best of luck”. Aparently he's putting wayyyy too much on everyones plate and the other two were also so done with it. I just wanted to share because it's kinda hilarious to me.
( serious ) need help with quitting job
I have a few part time jobs , the one I am having an issue at. It’s a very part time (10 hours a week maybe ) merchandiser job . Long story short my district manager is a nasty , rude lady . She’s screamed at me on the phone on multiple occasions . She’s gotten mad at me and taken my work off my schedule and let someone else do it just because she was mad at me . She’s done things like this to multiple people . She has attempted to suspend me before because I couldn’t pick up extra work . We don’t have many merchandisers for our company in the area anymore because of her . I want to quit because I am tired of being treated like this . It would be over email or text because I want proof of what I said and…

By using my slightly below average work speed and implying it is not enough to get through dayshift because it is the jungle Conclusion: I go on the computer and say I need to look at the roster, I go to the bathroom I slow down on important work to extract the quality so I can work less

All except the high school. I know the antiwork community might disagree on this, but it's possible to just have a bad attitude and vibe somewhere that starts with the employees. That's how it is at the high school. There are a couple of employees who are always calling off. Then the remaining employees (not unfairly) decide that they aren't going to work short staffed, so they call off too. That leaves the place so short staffed that I get pulled out of my own school and sent to their school to do all of their work, leaving my own work at my own school to fall behind. Well, that is bullshit. So I complained…
Edit: I'm a RN, took a break for mental health. Have an interview Tuesday. Just starting to get my confidence back. The last 3 years have been shitty as a RN. THEN today i received a deposition notice in the mail. A facility I worked at 5 years ago is getting sued.. I'm not the focus of the lawsuit, but as a nurse who worked there, I have to be deposed. I'm sick about it. Fuuuuuuck. I really need a break here. I want to just quit.
