I originally intended it to be a poll, but since the sub has this option disabled, I ask you: Would you be willing to work with the same intensity as GenX'ers and boomers if you had: – A salary you considered fair – Flexible work hours – Benefits ( dental, health insurance, commute, paid for daycare/pre-K) -Unionization -Other – None of the above Just got curious after perusing the sub for a couple minutes, wanted to know your opinions.

Employer controls workload, all assigned tasks completed in time allotted, employer then complains that measured productivity is too low. Arghhhh!
