Is it wrong that I want more? I would enjoy a constructive environment that helps improve my current skills and helps me learn new ones.

I posted here a few weeks ago about the current situation I face regarding my employer. A short re-cap, 25 M, African descent, Fortunate enough to have had a good education, and currently Interior Architect Graduate. A short introduction to the current economic threshold here for you all, I am the youngest in the office. The rest of the team 2 Architects and 2 Engineers are well over at least 6 years older than I am. In the 90's, congress approved of the 14th Bonus, to be paid in July. Guatemalan workers, contracted by law, have two bonuses each year equal to a full monthly payment. Each year around july/december we have a barrage of sales and advertising from companies, the economy is based around it. Everyone budgets it in advance, so we use it for down payments on cars, travel, an extra mortgage payment, christmas gifts, college tuition, clothes, to pay off debt or to save. Good labor laws exist, a revolution is needed for…
