Started a new job recently. It’s the most whatever job I’ve ever worked. The job is okay for the most part, but I honestly just don’t really like it. It’s draining, and my coworkers don’t like me and it’s obvious. It’s not a hard job, but it just really isn’t for me. I applied for a full time position, was given a seasonal position and told that I would be able to stay on full time, then they reversed that and said it was seasonal only after I got finished with training. I was really upset over this, because I really needed a job, but luckily I’ve managed to find a job that I can go to once the season is over. My last two shifts, though, I had to call out of and then show up very late to the next shift due to car problems and not having…

For context: I’m a dog trainer by trade but am having difficulty networking/selling myself to get enough clients to do dog training full time. To ensure a consistent income stream I started walking dogs with a local dog walking company. I was also thinking this would be a great way to meet new clients, however I quickly realized people are not happy when they hire a lowly dog walker who then turns around and suggests their dog is in need of training (even if their dog is so reactive it literally jumped through the window to get to the mail man). I also realized that my pool of potential clients is very small and finite because I walk the same dogs every week and do not add new dogs to the roster. The schedule times showing in Frontline Absence Management are already 15-30 minutes before school starts and have given me more than adequate preparation time so far. If I'm going to get up 10-15 minutes earlier to spend an additional 10-15 minutes at work, then I damn well expect to be paid for that additional 10-15 minutes, but for some strange reason the time cards they give me to fill out only cover the times listed in Frontline Absence Management. If the teacher's final period of the day is a planning period, apparently it's important for me to stay and stare at the wall for 50-75 minutes – since they've previously sent out another Friendly Reminder that I'm not allowed to bring…

I created a meeting invite for 1:30, right? A bunch of recipients got an invite for 3:30 and so I fucked up a meeting pretty bad since a lot of people thought it was at 3:30 ET. Can anyone possibly explain how this happened? I'm trying to figure out how I fucked up but I'm just not seeing how I did that. Even the original emails that sent out the invites say 1:30. Hello everyone. I just wanted to share that today I quit my job, after working for 3 years for the same company. Yesterday I asked my boss if he had a moment to talk, he decided to not answer my message all day long so at the end of the work day I sent him another message saying I have left my resignation paper to his secretary. After about 30 minutes (after the end of my working hours) he decided to call me.
