Landed what I thought was the job of my dreams. Amazing comp, role I could grow into, exciting opportunity. 6 months later I’m an anxious mess and despite being a people manager, I’m genuinely considering ghosting my job. Trust me, I know all the reasons this is insanely stupid to do, but I literally can’t handle this anymore.

I’m honestly done.
I just want to know, the last time Democrats lost the House (2010) and then the Senate (2014), which I blame non-voters for, what did any of you Marxists/radical leftists do besides rant on the internet about how we need a tear down the system instead of voting? I’ve watched you do nothing but rant as Republicans made things so much worse over the years. Are you honestly gonna tear down the system this time or are you going to continue waiting for Republicans to destroy this country like cowards? You want change but don’t want to vote, then DO SOMETHING besides sit on your asses and rant on the internet. Tear everything down like you said. One thing for sure is that I refuse to live to see how it all pans out. For those of you voting Democrat this year, thank you and I’m sorry it may not…
…is to get to the point where you truly don't give a fuck. The level of control these POS jobs have over us is directly proportional to the amount we care. It has been a process for me to unlearn all the bullshit baked into me over 40 years about work ethic and doing a good job at work. But I am so very close to the point of not giving a single fuck if the place was hit by a meteor.
