This is the payscale my old job did for our hourly associates. Once i spoke up about giving everyone the mid and above, i was told no as the company “cant afford it” yet our margin profit are like 200% on a lot of our products. So i gave it to everyone to bargain on their annual review before i left. Everyone was pissed as they should, but this was the district managers email.
Supervisors who were there 5+ years are hitting slightly above min, not near mid.
