Not sure if this is the correct place to post this but hopefully it will help. So in my offer letter it stated that if I go to training I must stay for two years. Is this enforceable since it’s only my offer letter? I haven’t signed anything else to agree to the total amount of the training or expenses. Due to my experience the 3rd party that trained me wants to hire me which would be a nice pay increase, but I definitely can’t afford to pay back the training.
