Paystub says I received a $700 bonus. I should verify with my job, right?

We get performance bonuses depending on how we rank. I was NOT on the leaderboard. I have no idea why I received this. I do not want to spend it on necessities then be forced to pay it back and go into the negative. Should I verify with my work?
