People don’t deserve a compensation when they don’t do the job right.

A reddit user has a meltdown when asked to pay for working. ​ And yes, people dont deserve a compensation when they don't do the job right. If I am clear about my expectations from the start, this is very fair, especially considering the price I'm willing to pay for solving a puzzle basically. Stop trying to take some moral high ground, I'm an employee myself and I've been hired to do odd tasks before. If I am unable to produce a poster is not the same thing as producing a crap poster for $5. There's a very clear line between passing/failing a question. No Schrodinger's cat. You either pass or you dont. Why should anyone pay someone who was unable to produce a poster?
