People of Anti-work, what are the worst types of bosses in your opinion?

I’ll start. For me it’s the boss who swears up and down the place “simply can’t function” without them, even though they’ll spend their day in their office where you can see them cruising YouTube or TikTok…all while the place runs just fine when they aren’t there.
