Perceptions of a good job

I’m fascinated to know what differences exist between what Europeans and American’s view a good job as. Each culture seems to value different aspects of remuneration differently. Discuss and grade (A-F) the following along with if you’re from the US or EU+UK £35k/$43k per annum 37 hours per week 35 days PTO Flexi Time (Turn up and leave when you want so long as each month hours average 37). Time off in lieu for extra hours worked 20% combined pension contributions (employee pays 6.5%) WFH with flexibility to go in to the office if you want
