My sibling works at a pharmacy, and have taken away his holiday pay, bereavement pay, and taken back the raise they offered for seemingly no reason. My sibling is an incredibly hard worker and has reached out to HR and his managers and gotten no help. He’s trying to look for another job, but despite multiple pharmacies “claiming” to be in high demand of employees, no place will respond. He threatened to quit if they didn’t give him back his pay, and when they refused, he did. Unfortunately he had to go back because he didn’t any other form of income and no other place was responding.
Is there something that can be done to fix this? My family is hesitant to bring it to court and hire a lawyer because they don’t want other companies to avoid hiring him for having a case.
