I am reaching out to you all for your support as I am facing a very difficult situation with my previous employer, Cross Section Interactive Pvt. Ltd. It has been over a year now since I have received my wages for my work, despite writing over 60 plus emails to the company's HR department and their parent company, SynapseIndia.
Unfortunately, my emails have gone unanswered, and I have even been blocked from further communication. I am at my wit's end and need your help to raise awareness about my situation.
After writing several emails to the company and the director, I got a call from a fellow employee, that the owner of the company, Shamit Khemka, was angry and said that if I send one more email I wont get my pay. Sir you are a devotee of lord hanuman, you are also a part of various religious foundations and on the other hand you and your company does not pay employees the money they worked really hard for. Who are you trying to fool or convince?
You visited haridwar and kumbh ka mela to take a dip in the holy water, so your sins get absorbed. But you will be surprised to know that only the sins, committed unknowingly, are forgiven by maa ganga. Not the ones, you commit knowingly over and over again.
I am writing this post with a lot of courage, innocence and hope that something good comes out of this.
