I've been working for my company for 5 years now and everyday for those 5 years I've had to be on call 24/7. I am the only worker who knows how to do the jobs. A few weeks ago I was called out to a job on a Saturday night 5pm and didn't get home until Sunday morning 6am. That was the last straw for me. I applied for multiple jobs and got one straight away. It is $3.50 less an hour but I won't be on call at all. I'm just hoping I've made the right choice with the pay decrease
