Sorry if this is a dumb question, but why are company/employer names in all of the posts in this subreddit crossed out? Is it because people are scared of some sort of legal repercussions? They think an employer will find their post and somehow track their username and figure out who actually posted it and sue or something? Is that even possible? I personally want to know which companies these are, I think that they should be publicly shamed. I also don’t understand how someone could find me in real life based on my random Reddit username and posts…please help me understand better, thank you!
