I was working at a law firm since February and was forced to resign from my position. Long story short, I worked overflow for two attorneys and their paralegals (one attorney was HR). In this time, one of the paralegals of course for the HR attorney refused to work with me on their files basically left me high and dry to reinvent the wheel on all of them.
That wasn’t the worst of it a little while in she completely stopped talking to me, bullied me with another co-worker walking past my cubicle multiple times per day with dirty looks and jokes. This went on for quite some time the attorney acknowledged her and I had no communication but he completely favored her and let her get away with everything. I literally knew when she would take a shit she was on personal calls all day.
Anyway, he also belittled me motioning his finger when he wanted me to go meet with him like I was his dog.
I know I didn’t work there long and she literally got what she wanted I broke and left. Do you think I have a claim for the bullying, the HR attorney knowing and ignoring it? The discrimination against, he always insinuated I worked too slow and I have a disability which I don’t think I have them the letter on (foolish I know) but I was so stressed out my head wasn’t right.
